Amadeus Hotel Roundtable – the RFP Process

We held a roundtable 3 weeks ago in London where we invited key business travel executives and hoteliers to discuss different topics for 2 hours. We started by talking about the RFP process and what’s wrong with it today between hoteliers and agencies.
